Strategic Solutions for Human Issues
Through our work with Juanita, I have grown as a manager, as a colleague, and as an overall individual. Our staff team has strengthened our levels of trust and connection, and we are able to engage with difficult dialogues and offer challenging feedback in ways that would not have been possible a year ago. We are continuing to incorporate new strategies for equity and inclusion into our department programs and staff hiring, training, and supervision practices based on insights from our work together with Juanita.
I would highly recommend Juanita for individual and team coaching, for mediation/facilitation of difficult dialogues, and for trainings and coaching on a wide range of topics related to equitable practices in the workplace, inclusive management and leadership, and restorative approaches to conflict, and understanding and navigating power dynamics.
