Sr. Client Relationship Manager
Dayspring Mattole joined the RMC team after experiencing Juanita Range's transformative coaching and facilitation
first-hand as a client. As a Client Manager for RMC, she is honored to participate in supporting organizations through meaningful change. Dayspring delivers concierge-level service to our clients throughout their learning experience from scheduling to co-facilitation.
She brings over fourteen years of experience in higher education administration, college access, nonprofit leadership, and business management. She has a deep passion for addressing systemic inequities and supporting individuals in their personal growth.
Dayspring earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wheaton College and a Master of Education degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. Dayspring grew up in a large family in rural Northern California and now lives in Portland with her spouse, child, and their two sweet dogs. Dayspring enjoys running, spending time with her family and community, and supporting fundraising and grant- writing for a local nonprofit.
Executive Assistant & Client Coordinator
Nakia Brady joined the RMC Team after years in the early education field, she now embarks on the role of Senior Executive Assistant and Client Coordinator. Where she brings her abilities to support and drive solutions that are mindful and thorough.
Nakia is currently obtaining her Associates degree in Speech Pathology and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her son, hiking and crocheting.
