Dayspring Mattole joined the RMC team after experiencing Juanita Range's transformative coaching and facilitation

first-hand as a client. As Senior Client Manager for RMC, she is honored to participate in supporting organizations through meaningful change. Dayspring delivers concierge-level service to our clients throughout their learning experience from scheduling to co-facilitation.

 

She brings over fourteen years of experience in higher education administration, college access, nonprofit leadership, and business management. She has a deep passion for addressing systemic inequities and supporting individuals in their personal growth.

 

Dayspring has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wheaton College and a Master of Education degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. Dayspring grew up in a large family in rural Northern California, where she now lives with her spouse, their son, and their two sweet dogs. Dayspring enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family and community.
