Sr. Client Relationship Manager
Dayspring Mattole joined the RMC team after experiencing Juanita Range's transformative coaching and facilitation
first-hand as a client. As a Client Manager for RMC, she is honored to participate in supporting organizations through meaningful change. Dayspring delivers concierge-level service to our clients throughout their learning experience from scheduling to co-facilitation.
She brings over fourteen years of experience in higher education administration, college access, nonprofit leadership, and business management. She has a deep passion for addressing systemic inequities and supporting individuals in their personal growth.
Dayspring earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wheaton College and a Master of Education degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. Dayspring grew up in a large family in rural Northern California and now lives in Portland with her spouse, child, and their two sweet dogs. Dayspring enjoys running, spending time with her family and community, and supporting fundraising and grant- writing for a local nonprofit.

Anita McCary supports RMC's operational excellence with the continuous maintenance and development of human and operating systems as needed to support RMC's foundational goals and values. Anita joined the RMC team in 2021, bringing
30 plus years of leadership experience, with the past 20 years holding various executive leadership roles. She has far-reaching experience in financial operations and employee development.
Anita holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree and has a passion for supporting and mentoring others. When not working, she loves and values time spent with her family and dear friends. Anita enjoys singing, reading, cycling, and relaxing on beautiful beaches.
